I offer psychotherapy for adults and couples across Ontario, grounded in a relational and psychodynamic approach. I work in both English and Turkish, and support individuals and couples from a range of backgrounds.


Psychotherapy can help make sense of experiences that feel difficult, confusing, or stuck. Together, we explore patterns in emotions, relationships, and ways of coping that develop over time. This is a collaborative process, where we think together about your experiences and work toward a deeper understanding that can support meaningful and lasting change.

I offer therapy in English and Turkish, and work both short- and longer-term, depending on what feels most helpful.

About



I’m a registered Clinical Psychological Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and over a decade of experience. I work with adults and couples across a range of emotional and relational concerns.

My work is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy, with a focus on understanding patterns in emotions, relationships, and ways of coping that develop over time. At the same time, I don’t see therapy as one-size-fits-all. I integrate different approaches, including cognitive-behavioural and mindfulness-based perspectives, depending on what feels most helpful for you.

I work with adults at different stages of life, including those navigating transitions, relationship challenges, or a sense of feeling stuck. I also work with couples, supporting partners in better understanding one another and working through recurring patterns that can feel difficult to shift on their own.

Alongside psychotherapy, I provide psychodiagnostic assessments, as well as WSIB-related assessment and treatment services.

In-person sessions are available in Toronto.
Virtual sessions are offered across Ontario.
